摘要:

激光聚变(ICF)作为实现可控聚变的途径之一,在过去几十年得到了科学界的广泛重视。美国、欧盟、日本、俄罗斯和中国等国家相继投入巨资开展ICF的研究,并建成了多个的激光聚变研究中心。但是由于激光聚变的内禀物理复杂性,至今仍然未能实现聚变能量的增益输出。

针对目前国际上ICF研究中的关键瓶颈困难,我国科学家张杰院士基于他本人早在1997年就提出的双锥对撞点火初步设想,带领以张喆研究员为骨干的研究团队,结合近年来国际上在激光等离子体领域的最新重要进展,提出了双锥对撞点火物理方案。这一原创性的“双锥对撞点火方案”,为激光聚变研究提供了全新思路。双锥对撞点火新方案的研究和实施将为我国乃至国际ICF研究注入新的活力,必将大幅度提升我国在激光聚变研究领域的国际地位,也是我国在该领域赶超美国的重要契机。目前该项目申请了中科院科学战略先导计划A项目和ZF重大专项分项,经费超过10亿人民币。

Inertial confinement fusion is one of the main scheme of gain controlled fusion energy. In the past 40-50 years, many countries have invested large resources to ICF researches, and many fusion research center have been established. While major progress has been made, significant challenges remain in the pursuit of ignition. In order to tackle the challenges, great international efforts have been made and various ignition schemes have been intensively investigated.

 

主讲人简介:

张喆,中科院物理所特聘研究员,博士生导师。2003年本科毕业于清华大学,2009年获中科院物理所光学博士学位。2009-2015年于日本大阪大学激光工程研究所做博士后研究。回国加入物理所光物理实验室。主要从事超强激光与物质相互作用(强场物理)研究,包括惯性约束核聚变和实验室天体物理等。在国际主流学术期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,主持项目经费超过2亿人民币。

Zhe Zhang, distinguished researcher in IOP, CAS, Doctoral supervisor. Bachelor degree of engineering from Tsinghua Univ. in 2003, and Doctor degree of physics in IOP. CAS in 2009. From 2009 to 2015, as a specially appointed research fellow in Osaka University. Back to IOP an join the optics Laboratory since 2015. The main research field is concentrated on laser fusion, lab-astrophysics, and related diagnostics development. Have been published over 80 scientific papers, and now in charge of the program with budget over 270 Million CYN.
